Responsibilities and Experience:
Ms. Stoltzfus has demonstrated ever-improving knowledge and decision-making skills regarding building code, zoning and property maintenance issues.
A conscientious and dedicated professional, Ms. Stoltzfus has strong inter-personal and organizational skills. Ms Stoltzfus has been an organizational leader; creating and improving a digital filing system to track and archive the thousands of permit applications (over the years) that pass through the office.
Her responsibilities include processing all incoming plans and permits for the Municipal Services Group, certified BCO, zoning reviews and inspections for municipalities as needed.
She also acts as the primary point of contact, office manager for the department as well as assists with the preparation of all bid packages and new business proposals.
Her experience includes inspections on road projects, inspections of sanitary sewers, storm sewer installations, utility installations, site compaction inspections on backfill areas, E&S inspections, Zoning Reviews and inspections, preparation of subcontractor contracts, change orders, purchase orders and documenting all applications submitted into the company’s construction management databases.
Ms. Stoltzfus is trained and currently operates the sewage treatment plant owned by Willistown Township (Penn’s Preserve) which is a pond/spray field plant. She generates all Electronic Data Monitoring Reports monthly and Chapter 94 reports for Penn’s Preserve.
She also gathers information/collates and submits the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems annual (MS4) report for 2 municipalities. This task involves extensive research and testing of outfalls in urbanized areas that lie within the municipality.
