This work includes: review of subdivision, land development, and grading permit plan applications, preparation of cost estimates for construction projects, consultation and design of solutions for drainage and stormwater runoff problems, preparation of construction specifications, permits and bidding documents, observation of construction projects, and attendance at Township meetings.  

Conrad’s experience includes: surveying, wetland delineations, general civil engineering design, gravity and low pressure sanitary sewer design, road repair projects, and municipal consulting. He is familiar with the permitting process in addition to the design and construction phases of a project.
